On Sunday, the Triune God Himself graciously gives us rest from our normal work and activity and gathers us together to worship Him. In the worship service, He graciously cleanses from sin, renews us in our faith in Jesus Christ, instructs us in His Word, and strengthens us as a community in the Lord's Supper. We serve Him with our praises and prayers in thankful response to His grace and we are enabled by the Lord to live sacrificially in His kingdom.
